Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Workout & Diet Plan Coach("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Workout & Diet Plan Coachmobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Body photos. The four body photos you take are sent over an encrypted connection to our servers, and from there to Anthropic (Claude), the AI service that analyzes them to build your program. They are never used for advertising and never shared with anyone other than the AI provider named above. See Data Retention below for exactly how long they are kept.
• Body and goal information. Height, weight, target weight, age, biological sex, training experience, available equipment, and any dietary restrictions you enter. This is what makes the plan yours; it is used to build and update your program, nothing else.
• Purchase confirmations. Apple confirms successful subscriptions so we can unlock your analysis. We never receive your card details.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Anonymous user identifier. A unique identifier generated on first launch. No real name, email, or phone number is required to use the App.
• Device identifier. A randomly generated UUID stored locally on your device, used so the same installation is recognized across sessions.
• Device information. Device model, operating system version, and App version — used for debugging and compatibility.
• Usage data. Feature usage, subscription status.
• Diagnostics. Anonymous error and performance logs that keep the App working. They are not tied to your identity.

1.3 Information from Apple services

• App Attest.A cryptographic key issued by Apple's App Attest service is used to verify requests come from a genuine, unmodified instance of the App. The key itself does not identify you.
• DeviceCheck. A device-level token used to prevent abuse of one-time signup bonuses. Forwarded to Apple for verification and not stored on our servers.
• Push notifications.If enabled, your device's push token is stored so we can notify you about activity in your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Build your personalized training and nutrition program.
• Update your program when you submit a new set of photos.
• Manage your anonymous account and subscription.
• Send a daily reminder of that day's training and a notice when your program is ready, if you allow notifications. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.
• Keep the App working through anonymous error and performance diagnostics.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated bot activity.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on a small set of third-party providers to deliver its core features. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations:

• Anthropic (Claude). Processes your body photos and profile information to generate your program. Under Anthropic's commercial terms you keep all rights to what is sent, and Anthropic may not train its models on it. You can read those terms here: anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms.
• Apple. Handles all payments and subscriptions, and provides App Attest, DeviceCheck, and push notifications (APNs).
• RevenueCat. Validates those purchases. It receives your Apple purchase identifier, never your identity.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Uploaded content. Your body photos are sent over HTTPS to our servers and to Anthropic (Claude) for analysis. On our servers they are kept only while the analysis runs — typically one to three minutes — and permanently deleted once your plan is ready; they are not retained in any database or backup. On your device they are stored with iOS file protection and excluded from iCloud backup. Your generated program and program history stay in your account until you delete it.
• Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App, or by email request. Your account, your program history, and your stored data are permanently removed.

5. Data Security

Face data is not retained.

We do not collect or process biometric data, face geometry, face templates, or face recognition data. Uploaded photos are standard 2D images, processed transiently and discarded immediately after the output is generated — they are not used to identify you or train any model.

We apply industry-standard security practices:

• All communication with our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS).
• Stored content is isolated per app and per account.
• Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain.
• App Attest cryptographically verifies that requests originate from a legitimate installation of the App.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure; we apply commercially reasonable measures to protect your data and are continuously improving them.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union under GDPR and Turkey under KVKK), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Object to certain types of processing.
• Request data portability.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe someone under 16 has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision.
