This Privacy Policy describes how Pozio("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Poziomobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Photos. Selfies and face photos you upload so the AI can place your face into a chosen pose, plus any reference pose images you optionally provide.
- Purchase information. When you subscribe or buy credit packs, our payment provider handles the transaction. We receive only purchase confirmations, never your card details.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Anonymous user identifier. A unique identifier generated on first launch. No real name, email, or phone number is required to use the App.
- Device identifier. A randomly generated UUID stored locally on your device, used so the same installation is recognized across sessions.
- Device information. Device model, operating system version, and App version — used for debugging and compatibility.
- Usage data. Feature usage, subscription status, and credit balance.
1.3 Information from Apple services
- App Attest.A cryptographic key issued by Apple's App Attest service is used to verify requests come from a genuine, unmodified instance of the App. The key itself does not identify you.
- DeviceCheck. A device-level token used to prevent abuse of one-time signup bonuses. Forwarded to Apple for verification and not stored on our servers.
- Push notifications.If enabled, your device's push token is stored so we can notify you about activity in your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide the App's AI image generation features.
- Manage your account, credits, and subscription.
- Send push notifications about your generations (if enabled).
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated bot activity.
- Improve App performance and resolve technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
The App relies on a small set of third-party providers to deliver its core features. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations:
- AI image generation provider. Processes the photos you upload to blend your face onto the selected pose.
- Cloud storage provider. Stores your uploaded photos and generated outputs in isolated containers.
- Payment processor. Handles in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and entitlement management.
- Apple. Provides App Attest, DeviceCheck, push notifications (APNs), and in-app purchase infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
4. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Uploaded content. Uploaded photos are stored transiently in isolated cloud containers only for the duration of the AI generation request, then permanently deleted within seconds after the output is generated. Generated outputs may be cached on your device until you delete them.
- Account deletion. When you delete your account (in-app or by email request), all data tied to your account is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Data Security
Face data is not retained.
We do not collect or process biometric data, face geometry, face templates, or face recognition data. Uploaded photos are standard 2D images, processed transiently and discarded immediately after the output is generated — they are not used to identify you or train any model.
We apply industry-standard security practices:
- All communication with our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS).
- Stored content is isolated per app and per account.
- Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain.
- App Attest cryptographically verifies that requests originate from a legitimate installation of the App.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure; we apply commercially reasonable measures to protect your data and are continuously improving them.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union under GDPR and Turkey under KVKK), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for data processing.
- Object to certain types of processing.
- Request data portability.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision.
